Our History
- Spirit, Inc. began as a grassroots effort, providing backpacks, books, and supplies to students across Greater Houston. As needs grew during the COVID-19 pandemic, requests expanded to include hygiene packets and clothing. In 2021, Spirit, Inc. became a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 87-1735276), allowing us to scale our impact. Since then, we’ve delivered more than 2,550 backpacks, hygiene kits, and school supplies to students in need.
